Convenience store payment method
1. Select "Convenience store payment" as your payment method. Click "Pay Now".
2. On the next screen, select the convenience store you would like to use, then click "Payment ￥ Amount" below to complete your order.
3. We will send you an email with the payment number and other information, so please make payment by the due date stated in the email.
*Convenience store payments incur a payment fee in addition to the product price.

Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
When you receive the product, please check it. We only accept returns and exchanges for unused items. Returns and cancellations will only be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. In the case of initial defects, we will cover the return shipping and handling fees.
