Order acceptance period: Thursday, January 25th, 15:00 to Wednesday, February 7th, 23:59
・Scheduled to be shipped sequentially from late May 2024
-Since each item is handmade, if the quantity is large , we may not be able to deliver it by the end of 2024 .
-Please note that you cannot specify a delivery date and time.
・All items purchased at the same time as this made-to-order product will be shipped at the same time. If you need regular products urgently, please purchase them separately.
・The product image is a sample and may differ slightly from the actual product.
・There is a limit of two items per person per product .
・Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping.
・We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders (additions, partial cancellations, quantity changes, etc.) after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience other than initial defects.
・If you do not make payment at a convenience store by the payment deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If you wish to change your delivery address , or if your delivery address will change due to moving after the end of May, we ask that you please inform us of your new delivery address and the approximate time of your move.

Delivery is complete when the f orwarding agent receive the goods. We are not responsible for any problems after that. Please contact the forwarding agency.
Delivery is considered complete when the forwarding company receives the item. We cannot handle any issues that occur after that, so please contact the forwarding company you used.
[Regarding returns and exchanges for initial defects]
If there is any initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days or from anyone other than the original purchaser.
